After the materials are collected, they are cut into different sizes in depending on the size of your custom plugs. A rough design is sketched on the wood where a rough shape of the design is portrayed. After this the cutting of the design begins, this might take hours or even days depending on the type of design is being curved. We do this with a lot of care and precision. After cutting is done the rough custom plugs are smoothened to give them smooth surfaces, they are then furnished with the right color and disinfected or sanitized for health purposes. These custom plugs are then checked for compliance with your requirements before you are called for your shipment.
