TIP 1: Do you bear with yourself and your poor mental and physical condition
You are currently mentally and physically not up to par. Their performance has declined and many will fall, compared to earlier, harder. Probably you often say, "Now you'll make even more so this You are good for nothing more."
It is understandable that you are disappointed in themselves and depressed. With such negative thoughts and selbstabwertenden you but your depression worse. Do you have patience with themselves. There is no reason to condemn because of your depression. Do you realize that you are right now and desperately sad or that your depression will pass again.
TIP 2: Sit down small goals for the day
Be patient with them. Self-blame, because you all not so easy to go out of hand, and strain, because you demand more of themselves than you can handle at the moment worsen your depression. Enter the "extenuating circumstances" and you do not make great decisions.
It is helpful to small set daily goals to be small and carry out activities to be commended for. Imagine you had a leg cast. Would you then ask, can go just as fast to have when you had no plaster? What am I grateful? What I would be grateful if I wanted?
Who I love and who loves me?
Who can help me?
What could I do now, so I quickly something better? What would be good for me now?
What I could distract me something that makes me a little cheer?
Find each of these questions at least 3 responses.
